At Bliss and Beauty™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at helloblissandbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Personal care and grooming devices
  • Skincare or wellness products that have been used

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at helloblissandbeauty@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
